Access same shared folders whether booted from bootcamp partition or parallels

Is there a way to set things up so that other Windows clients can access the same shared folders on the Bootcamp partition whether it is was booted straight from that partition or run from the Mac side within parallels? Right now in my setup I can't access the shared folders when it's run from Parallels. I assume it's because it's assigned a different IP address. Is there a way to achieve what I'm looking for? That is to have seamless access to the shared folders on the Windows partition regardless of where it was booted from? Thanks
