Please reset my PD11 licences

    Hello,
    in my account I have two activated licences for PD 11.
    I migrated the whole content of the harddisk from my old mac to my new mac.
    I cannot use my old mac anymore and I cannot activate the licence fo PD 11 on my new mac.
    Can someone please set back both PD 11 licences in my account, for I can activate one on my new mac.

    I although have the problem that my email-adress had changed and I cannot receive any email on my old adress.
    Can someone please change my account adress to d**k.be***[email protected] and reply to this address please.

    Hi, we've found lot's of keys at **rk.be**[email protected], would you like to transfer all your keys to the new email?

    What ist about setting back the PD 11 licences. Can you do that for me too ?

    Did you create a new Parallels account under d**k.bec**[email protected]? Cannot transfer key, please check that you have an account
    Also your Parallels Desktop 11 keys have been reset, please check the issue.

    Hi Maria,
    I just have created a new Parallels account under d**k.b***[email protected].
    Please try to transfer the keys again.
    And thank you for resetting my PD11 keys.
