Video download error Toolbox for Mac 4.0.0

My previous video downloads from YouTube are only a few kilobytes in size. The video length is always only 5 seconds. The problem has not only existed since version 4.0.0 of Parallels Toolbox for Mac. Other download programs can easily download these videos. I have already sent a bug report with the number 347067616. How can the problem be fixed?

Hello,

Try to change preferences in "Download Video" tool:
- If 'Quality' option is 'Max' then try to change second option "For non-MP4 videos" to 'Convert to MP4'.
- Also try to use not 'Max' but 'High' or 'Normal' value for Quality option.
