I keep getting freezes on window 7 ,and often when i do ,when i go to force application . I find i have a program called window 7 dock helper ,and no matter how often I force a delete of it ,it pops up again. First what is window 7 dock helper why do I need it ,and if necessary how do i get rid of it ? just a matter of interest been having bad trouble with parallel tools and had removed .reloaded to take a screen shot and it went mad ,flickering on and off for a couple of min before allow the shot i enclose here
