My wife's Mac is running Mojave w/P-12 and she hasn't had a problem doing so. Today she got this pop-up message. I suspect it's saying (asking?) to upgrade to P-15, her concern is that it's not in English. Her concern is that her computer is hacked/has malware/etc. Anybody know what this is about? Thanks.

She can't find her email confirmation where she registered her P-10, but not her P-12. Here is a screenshot of her upgrade purchase from P-10 to P-12. I'll PM you the image without edits that will show her email address and any other info you may need. Thanks.
