subscription key not received

    I purchased parallel desktop from apple App Store. Payment done successfully in App Store. But, since 3 days I did not get subscription key to use parallel desktop. Plz guide

    You will not get a key. You to click on "Restore Purchases" and use the Apple ID to activate the product.

    As per above instruction, I tried, but got this message.
    "Your App Store purchase is still being processed."
    What to do now?

    Try to sign out Parallels Desktop, run First Aid, restart Mac then try to activate.
