Need previous key to upgrade

    Just bought the home edition but I need the previous product key?
    is there a previous key for a trial version?

    Hello, Did you use Parallels Desktop before? Previous key means key of any Parallels Desktop previous version (For example 14, 13, 12 or any previous version).
    If you don't have it and purchase upgrade version we can help you with a refund and then you will purchase a full version.
    Please let us know if it's not that case.
