Activation requested after not transfering the license; product key connected to another account?

    Hallo,
    I have a strange issue here. When I started my parallels session a few minutes ago it says that I have to activate the product (which I bought and activated a few weeks ago).
    After trying by entering the product key I got the message that the product key is already active on another Mac and connected to another account.
    I didn't try to transfer the license or something like that.

    Parallels just worked fine like ten hours ago, but now it's not possible to enter the application.
    Please help!
