    Hi All,

This my first post on the forums. I've been using Parallels since v14 came out last year. I have a 2018 MacBook Pro. I was running MacOS 10.14.3 when the problem started. All of a sudden, my Windows 10 v1809 guest hard locked up the entire Macbook would freeze and restart and I'd get a similar crash dump after reboot. I've since completely wiped the Macbook and reset the PRAM and NVRAM. Reinstalled MacOS from scratch, with Parallels only and I can reproduce the problem every time I go to provision any version of Windows 10. Either it locks up the laptop during setup, or I can get the VM to boot once, and as soon as I put any load on it, it locks up. Weird thing is, this only happens with Parallels and a Windows 10 guest. Linux guests do not do it. I can hammer the laptop with other workloads and it doesn't exhibit any problems. What is it about Parallels and Windows 10? Has anyone else experienced this?

    Hi,
my mac is still restarted the same way almost one year. And I still can't find an error.
Have you solved this problem yet? Do you know the cause?

    Thanks,
    jane

    Hello,
Since April 2019 I'm using new Mac mini 2018 with new installation of OS X 10.11.6, within a few weeks it started to freeze and restart.
Upgrade OS X to 10.13 (High Sierra) and Parallels 14 with no effect. Official Apple Service on January 2020 - HW diagnostic ok.
My previous Mac Pro early 2009 worked well with no problem until died on April 2019 (OS X 10.11.6 (El Capitan), Parallels 12).

    The current Mac mini configuration:
OS X 10.14.6 (Mojave) - new installation again, Parallels 14 still no effect.

    Attached files:
panic-full log file from the last reset
    parallels.log

    Do you need more information?

    Thank you,
    jane
