How can I completely disable Exposé while using Parallels in full screen mode? It is terribly annoying to get taken out of a game played in Parallels because Exposé kicks in... especially when I have a couple of mouse buttons set to activate it. I'd like to be able to use those mouse buttons in Parallels! Also, I have 2 monitors. When trying to play a game (like Half-Life2) it sometimes lets my mouse fly out of the window, bringing me out of the game and into the Mac OS... usually in the middle of hectic fighting or fast movements... very annoying. Any tips would be appreciated on these subjects. Thanks.
What does "turn off the offending sections" mean exactly, regarding the dual monitors and Exposé? Is your solution to turn off my second monitor and turn off the Exposé button assignments on my mouse?
I don't know of any solution... I offered a hot fix, which you interpreted correctly. This sounds like something that needs to be brought to Parallels as a desired feature. I wouldn't say it is so much as a bug, for I know users who love this feature for similar reasons you hate it... They don't play games though! They type documents.
This did rectify the "mouse flying out of the Parallels window" problem, but it caused very severe video artifacts to begin showing up in the games for some reason and I had to restore it back the way it was, which fixed the artifacts. Apparently whichever way I play games there are different bugs.
