First, my Macbook keep failing in waking up from sleep mode in Bootcamp Windows. After months of investigation, the reason was due to the weird message from Parallels. Second, though I posted the issue, they ignore it. https://forum.parallels.com/threads...enst-wake-up-from-bootcamp-windows8-1.349329/ They may know the issue but have no intention to fix. They didn't show that attitude when I bought the license. Parallel is no more a stable software to trust. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy Parallel.
Hello @JinW, we are sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the Parallels Desktop. We will be glad to help you with the issue resolution, but in order to understand what exactly happened we need a bit more tech. info. You've already informed us that you have an issue with the Bootcamp. Please let us know if it's not that case. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with us.
Is that your attitude to talk and fool around to a customer? https://forum.parallels.com/threads...enst-wake-up-from-bootcamp-windows8-1.349329/ What's the identity of the message that makes Windows not enter into sleep mode properly?
In order to understand what exactly happened and how does Parallels process work or maybe make any issues we need a tech report from the Parallels Desktop side. That is why we asked you for tech report. If you do not have any issue related to the Parallels Desktop app, or VM, please let us know.
I am clearly making a statement AGAIN. What's the identity of the message below. If you keep hiding your technical issues, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND DO NOT JOKE ME AROUND. - System - Provider [ Name] Service Control Manager [ Guid] {555908d1-a6d7-4695-8e1e-26931d2012f4} [ EventSourceName] Service Control Manager - EventID 7001 [ Qualifiers] 49152 Version 0 Level 2 Task 0 Opcode 0 Keywords 0x8080000000000000 - TimeCreated [ SystemTime] 2020-02-25T15:28:22.181098200Z EventRecordID 22950 Correlation - Execution [ ProcessID] 776 [ ThreadID] 780 Channel System Computer Security - EventData param1 Parallels Tools Service param2 Parallels Tool Device param3 %%1058 50006100720061006C006C0065006C007300200054006F006F006C007300200053006500720076006900630065000000
JinW, You didn't provide any details about parallels version you are using. Meanwhile the problem can be seen from your previous post, it's Windows 8.1 in BootCamp at least. AFAIR the most often setup was Windows 7 in BootCamp, then Windows 10. You can try to remove parallels tools and services while boot in BootCamp, just go to "Programs and Features" and uninstall all related to Parallels. You can install it back after boot to BootCamp VM from Mac OS X.
