Activate after deactivation?

    Hello,

    I used Parallels installation on my office laptop for years, but then I was provided a new laptop.
    I wanted to move the license but mistakenly deactivated it on the first laptop.

    I do not have the key written somewhere. Is there a way to activate my previous installation after deactivation without knowing the key?

    We can see a Parallels Desktop 10 key registered with "svetla***@mail.ru". If you have access to that account you can find that key.
