Running the latest Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac on my Macbook Pro and everything works fine except Media Creation Tool. I inserted an Kingston USB stick in order to make a bootable install USB but it is not detected by the tool. How to fix this?

Hi, did you get any error message after entering USB device?

You are not the only user to have this problem,Windows Media Creation tools sometimes don't work either,Better try other tools to do that,i don't find it difficult to make a bootable install USB.

The USB can be seen in File Explorer but not Windows Media Creation Tool.

    so what's your suggestion?

There's nothing wrong with the Windows media creation tool. I think there's something wrong with your USB.
