I am having serious latency issues on my 2019 iMac with eGPU on Mac OS Catalina. This latency makes Parallels completely unusable. If I disconnect my eGPU, I experience some moderate latency, but it is usable (not great).

My computer hardware is as follows:
iMac 2019, 128GB RAM, Radeon Pro Vega 48 GPU (8GB VRAM), Sonnet 650 eGPU with a Radeon VII (16GB VRAM)
    Mac OS Catalina
    Parallels 15 with Windows 10 build 1909
    All Software is Updated

Please note that when my eGPU is connected, I select Prefer External GPU in the Get Info panel of the Parallels 15 application.

Any help on this issue would be much appreciated.

Hi, could you collect the tech report after the issue reproduced please?
And post the report's ID here.

    Hi,
Sorry. I won't be able to send the tech report. I decided to return the eGPU. It is clear that things are not yet ready for "prime time" when it comes to Catalina.
