After upgrading to the latest Parallels followed by a day long update to Windows 10 1803, Windows when booting just gives me the dot spinner on a blue screen with a Getting Ready. I saw some threads about removing USB, so I did that, no change. Not sure what else to do. Unfortunately I didn't back up the VM before updating Windows, and it's an important VM that I need to recover. Help help!
Hello AkivaM, Kindly start the virtual machine and go to the top menu bar, click on Actions--> Take snapshot. once the snapshot is done then again click on Actions--> Reset and then check with the Windows virtual machine.
Kindly go to actions again, Actions--> STOP then restart the mac computer and the Windows virtual machine .
