I have installed Parallels Desktop 10 on a different MacBook Pro and cannot activate because I'm told I've reached license limit. I need this ASAP. I no longer have access to previously activated Macbook.
Would you please deactivate ALL previous installs and allow me to active version 10 on this new Macbook Pro.

Hello GerT. Please quit Parallels Desktop now. Then, open Terminal (from the Finder menu, navigate to Go -> Utilities -> Terminal), execute the command <><> prlsrvctl activate-license-online <><> inside the Terminal window, wait till the operation completes, close Terminal and re-attempt the activation.
