    Hi there

I'm having some mouse cursor issues when playing games. Specifically Crysis 3 via Parallels 13.x on Windows 8.1.

The mouse is constantly being released after like 10 seconds and interrupts my game flow. I have to constantly click back into the game and then it messes up my view position of the game. I have tried everything in the mouse settings. All the "auto detect for games"/ "optimize for games"... "sticks at windows edges" and so on. But nothing helps.

Anyone know what to do? I searched online and here but couldn't fix it. It happens in full-screen mode and windowed.

I'm on latest MacBook Pro 2018 15'' and latest High Sierra macOS.

    Help appreciated! Thanks

Hmm seems restarting the entire MBP has helped. I don't get it anymore. Hope stays this way.

Unfortunately this issue is still happening. Even with Parallels 14. It seems the only times when it doesn't happen is when I do a new restart but after using the computer for some time and starting up Parallels and the game it happens again. It's a bit annoying having to restart every time.

Any idea what this could be?

I'd like to also add some fuel to this fire. I always put up with this in the past as the mouse jumping while web browsing, etc. wasn't such a big deal, but I recently started gaming again and have really found the mouse issue to be frustrating.

    Symptom:
Mouse will occasionally (seemingly randomly, although I am starting to think it happens after a click) jump towards the top of the screen (but not the very top). It doesn't change to a Mac cursor, however. It never seems to leave Windows. The symptom stays the same regardless of which mouse I plug in.

    Attempted solutions:
Same as @Matt21, I have toggled the different mouse settings within Parallels to attempt a fix.

    Any help appreciated!
