Reactivate 'blacklisted' Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition old subscription

Hello,

I wish to reactivate an old parallels desktop for mac - Pro Edition which is showing as blacklisted for some reason.

I already updated my payment method and submitted a renewal request but it has been over an hour and the subscription is still showing as blacklisted/expired.

I also may have submitted multiple renewal requests thinking there was a problem with the renewal process so please ensure the renewal is processed once.

We see that the license was blacklisted due to the refund. It is not possible to renew a blacklisted license.

 

Thanks Ajith. I noticed Parallels had assisted other users with blacklisted licenses so I do not understand why you I am not able to reactivate a cancelled license? I am not interested in paying $99 especially since I owned PD 8,9,10 and bought 11 but due to an unresolved technical bug and new pricing structure requested 11 to be refunded.

Is this how Parallels treats its old customers?

 

If the license was not renewed and expired then you might have a chance to renew it again but your key is blacklisted due to the refund request. I have confirmed that subscription was not even used for a year. It was purchased and got refunded in three days. We have informed you about VMware crossover offer in a private message. Have you installed Parallels Desktop 14 trial and checked if that bug was resolved?

 

The bug was in PD 11 ... no issues with PD14. Your crossgrade offer is good but is not better than the other offers I found online for the annual subscription.
