Unable to Sign In to Parallels Account

    I have installed Parallels 13 and installed a Windows 10 license. When I attempt to register my license key, I kept getting the error message Unable to connect to Mac "%1". So, I rebooted the Mac, relaunched Parallels and signed out of my account. I was able to enter my key on the website but now I am unable to sign in to my Parallels Account though the app and am getting an error message that I need to check my internet connection. This has made it to where I am unable to launch my Windows install at all. Please assist with getting this issue resolved.

    Hi @StevenS10 , we had a minor technical glitch which has been resolved now. Please try to activate now and let us know if that works.
