Unable to register - Check your Internet connection and try again

    I'm unable to register Parallels 13. I've been trying for hours but I get the following error message:
    Check your Internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, follow this link to register your copy of Parallels Desktop.
    I've been through the KB, checked hosts, firewall, proxy settings etc and no change. I have registered the key via the webpage but unable to use app. Any advice much appreciated.

    Hi @DavidH42 , we had a minor technical glitch which has been resolved now. Please try to activate now and let us know if works.
