Automatic Convergence

A friend & I have the same MacBook with Parallels using Mac OS 10.4 and Windows XP. The only difference is he bought Parallels ver. 3 and I upgraded to ver. 3. When he clicks the Parallels Icon in his Dock it automatically opens XP without anyfurther action. When I click the icon in my Dock I get the window where I have to click the green arrow for Convergence in order to go into XP. I cannot find any preference to change the action. Any suggestions as to what setting I can use to have the convergence occur automatically. Thank you

 

click the word "Configuration" on that startup page
Select Options (left)
then select Booting
then check [x] Start VM automatically when opened
