Some weeks ago suddenly my Windows 10 had problem in case of reboot.
Stop and start works well but if I reboot, Windows start in recovery mode.
This is not related to a specific Windows update because I have some old snapshots and restarting from one of them I successfully installed all update and for some time (hours) it seems Windows worked correctly even in case of reboot.
Then the problem appeared again and there was no windows updates pending or just installed.
I tried more times to stop/start/reboot and in seemed the problem with reboot was random, but at some point it became systematic.
Now I'm again in the situation where I can't reboot, only stop and start, so I can't install nothing new.
I never had this problem before Dec 2017/Jan 2018 and I install PD updates when they are released so I think this is not Windows problem but a PD problem.
    Any idea?

Hi @AndreaM6 , please try performing SFC scan and check disk on your Windows virtual machine and check for hard disk errors .

I tried every disc-check command I found googling on the internet.
    All reports disk is ok.
The strange thing is stop and start always work, the problem occurs only in case of restart.
From PD13 point of view, what's the difference?

    Hi Andrea,
I was facing the same problem and I also posted this problem on some forums to get online solutions. But, They can't give exact solutions to my problem.some suggested check your disk whether the disk is okay or not, one of them said to clear your cache.:pAt last, I have to contact Windows customer support and they guided me.I would suggest you contact them without wasting your time here and there.
