    Hello

Recently I installed it on a Macbook Air computer using BooCamp Windows 10 Prof. Then the user made the decision that he wants to use Window in the virtual machine. He purchased Parallels Desktop for Mac 13. After installing Parallel Desktop

I used the option to run Windows from the Bootcamp partition. after a few days when trying to run Windows from the desktop, Mac Windows displayed a blue screen with the message "Stop Code: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM: CmBatt.sys. "

Please help me solve the problem

Hello @RyszardG, please log in to your native Windows BootCamp partition installed in Mac and check whether the Windows is working.
    Thanks

Unfortunately, the problem has not been resolved.
Windows 10 launched as a virtual machine does not work.
Error as in the first message.

Please let us know the version of Mac OS X running on your Mac (Apple icon -> About This Mac) and to help us understand the issue better, please take a screenshot of it and reply with the same. Thanks!

Version of Mac OS is macOS High Sierra. I will send a screen shot by e-mail - it's too big.

Hi @RyszardG, thanks for sharing the screenshot with us. It seems your Windows 10 virtual machine is corrupted. Please back up and repair it by following this article.

    Additional question.
If running Windows natively (BootCamp) works correctly what impact on this instance can be attempted to repair from the level of virtualization using Parallels Desktop for Mac?
    Regards,

Please login to your native Bootcamp and uninstall Parallels Tools and then try to reinstall the Bootcamp based virtual machine and see if that helps. Thanks!

    Hi,
would you like a remote session to investigate the problem more closely? I'd want to take a minidump of bsod from windows.

At the moment I'd suggest to stop the virtual machine, then go to the Virtual Machine Configuration -> Hardware -> Boot Order -> Advanced Settings and enter the line "devices.battery.show=0" to the Boot Flags without quotes. Then start the VM and check whether problem reproduces

I'll send my contacts in forum private messages if you are interested in session

My VM (Windows 10 Pro) just presented the BSOD yesterday. I have built a new VM, but there are several files that I had not uploaded to the server, can they be recovered? Did you get any answers on how to bring your VM back to life?
