Networking issues

I have dug myself into a hole and I need a ladder please.

I have 2 iMacs both running Parallels with Windows 10. I need to access a program on one from the other. It is a specialty program and can't just be added to both. I can get to where I can share the program but then I can't access the enternet. And now I have changed so many setting I can't even find the WiFi settings.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Got it figured out. Just had to walk away for a bit. But I got it now.
