Activate on this MAC does not work

    cannot activate parallels toolbox
    Parallels Toolbox - this product key is already registered to your parallels account

    Used my main subscription key and it worked as well...seems like it should just find the active subscription that is already installed on the machine with parallels to work.

    Hi @JasonD11, please activate Toolbox using your main subscription key: 358FS*-*****-*****-*****-*SD197, it should work.

    I could not even activate Toool box
    Can i use this subscription key: M9B5JP-*****-*****-*****-FBJC22 too ??

    Hello @aliz3, I didn't find subscriptions registered to your Parallels account (ali.z*********[email protected]). Can you please clarify the account that the key is registered to, or send me the key in private message.
