    Hi,

as the support cannot help me on this, did anyone of you experience the issue displayed in the attached picture? It happens since the MacOS Update to High Sierra, and I updated to the latest Parallels Version to get rid of it, but the update did not help.

To reproduce, I have Windows 10 running in FullScreen Mode. I switch between the desktops via CTRL + Cursor key left/right.
When switching to the Parallels Screen, the last approx. 100 vertical pixels of the actual screen get "copied and repeated on the screen, while the whole thing is flickering.

    BR,
    Th. de Buhr

Ah, great! Can you please explain this issue to your (Indian) support team that they also understand it? They "helped" me two times on issues, very unsuccessful. It is very hard to explain a problem, they don't understand. And when they finally understand, they reinstall the parallels tools and can't do further. Also they seem not to be very familiar with the MacOS System.

My first problem was what I described here, the attached Photo was sent to both times to your support.
My second problem was a "color temperature switch" that Windows went bluish after a second, and Mac Desktop switched back to normal after a second. I was unable to explain and show to the support team, they reinstalled parallels tools and the problem was gone - for a few hours.
This got solved by an entry of this forum, the solution was disabling gamma control for windows to the screens.

My third problem was, that when I changed from Parallels Fullscreen to Mac Desktop and closed any programm there, my system switched back to parallels fullscreen. It took more than half an hour to explain to your support team, when he finally got it he told that this is normal Mac behavior (Mac switches to the prev. active app).

    Thanks for reading!
Have a great Christmas and a happy new year!

    BR,
    /th.

Thorstend1, you need to update your macOS at least to macOS 10.13.2
