    Hello,

So when I plug in my Nektar Impact lx49+, it tells me that the drivers were not successfully downloaded. But there are no drivers to download, as the lx49+ runs off of the windows class drivers. It shows up in my device management as "other devices" with a yellow exclamation mark as "Impaxt lx49+" So it's being recognized, but even when I delete the problem driver, use different ports, restart windows, etc, it just isn't working. I've use other MIDI devices before. Any clue on how to make this work?

Thanks guys, I really need this to start working soon. My income is off of my music production, and a keyboard is pretty crucial for me.

I run windows 7 64 bit on Parallels.

Hi @JonathanP6, please take a snapshot (Actions > Take snapshot) and then remove the USB drivers from Windows virtual machine and reinstall Parallels Tools by clicking Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools and check if that helps.

    Hello,
so I tried that, it and gives me the same issue of the yellow exclamation. It works on the Mac side of things though, when I switch it to Mac.

There are no native drivers for this keyboard. It is suppose to run off of the windows class usb drivers.

Please connect the USB drive to the Windows directly. Please go to Device manager in Windows virtual machine and update the drivers and see if this helps. Thanks!
