    Dear,

I removed an OS. but when I open a program on my Mac with right-click: the programs of this old OS stays in the menu available (doesn't work).
How can I remove this OS including this not working menu items?

    Thanks in advanced.

Hi @BartS1 , are you talking about Guest OS? If yes what guest Os you had on your Mac?

Arun, Thanks for the reply. See attached an image.
I've deleted Windows 7. Windows 7 Home is working. This is an example, Windows 7 is everywhere show up (looks like not deleted in total).

    Regards,
    Bart

BartS1, Go to you Home directory then Applications (Parallels) folder and delete the unnecessary Windows directories with guest applications.

Unfortunately my link doesn't work. And your tip: I couldn't find applications from my other OS over here. Still see them in the 'open with'-menu. Please let me know what to do.

    Regards,
    Bart

BartS1, so, let's do it another way... Open any file with the Application you have in the list. Just select it in the menu. When the application appears in the Dock right click on it and select Options -> Show in Finder. This points you to the Windows application folder.
