Can not activate parallels on my new computer and no longer have access to old computer

Hi,

I am trying to activate parallels desktop 10 on my new macbook, but did not deactivate before wiping my old computer. Is there any way to activate it now?

 

I forgot to mention that I have already tried and I am getting the error message about buying a new license.

 

Hello DanielK14, please quit Parallels Desktop now. Then, open Terminal (Finder > Go > Utilities > Terminal). Inside the Terminal window, enter the command 'prlsrvctl activate-license-online' (without the quotes) and hit 'Return'. Wait till the operation completes. Then, close Terminal and re-attempt the activation ie Please click on two red lines(On the Mac menu bar) > Account & Licensing > Enter a key > Now enter your key and check if this works. Thanks!
