Hi there i would like a refund and i am trying to find instructions and i can not find any, i could only find instructions if you purchased the physical copy. I made the purchase online at parallels.com and download the the software.... i registered my name and address and i have all the proof of purchase. I also bought this 2 weeks ago ... i am still within the 30 day return mark. please help
