Can't see Quicken 2017 Window in Parallel Desktop 13

I have Parallels 13 and QuickenWindow will not display any screen for Quicken 2017 Deluxe. When I select "Show All Windows," I can see the Quicken window but if I click on it, it disappear again. The macOS task bar shows Quicken is running.
I tried Coherence mode and exiting Coherence and I still can't get the QuickenWindow. Now last week, it was working.

I found the problem. It a Quicken bug when using multiple monitor
