Third time I instal update and third time I have a problem with system !!!!!!!

HOW to do this without a mouse ???? I don't have a mouse pointer, can't controle windows... ???

I have work to done and not working virtual machine after YOUR update ! I lost my mouse pointer and I can't open anything from windows ???

Maybe somone smart can login to my mashine and solve this problem ???

We would request you to open the VM Configuration http://kb.parallels.com/117287 and Go To Hardware > Boot Order > Advance Settings > Add this Boot Flag "Devices.usb.muse=0" and check if you are able to use the mouse inside VM.
