Hi there, I was trying to transfer windows from a pc. The pc said it had to restart when I was using the migration software and now the pc won't boot at all.

It's saying "Check cable connection! PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel PXE ROM. No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key"

Hi @Chris26, this may be an issue with the hard drive, please run the hardware diagnostics to check if the hardware is working as designed. Start tapping the F12 key a few times during startup until you see the 'One Time Boot Menu' appear. Please check out the instructions as suggested in this article before migrating Windows PC into Parallels Desktop virtual machine.
