Shared Mac & Windows Files

While searching through Windows folders using Parallels I'm having a tough time distinguishing between which files are Windows files and which files are Mac files. Is there an easy way to tell which is which?

 

You can distinguishing them by path. Mac file starts with \\Mac prefix.
