I'm running Parallels Desktop 13.1.1 Home Edition (Windows 10 Home) from macOS Sierra v10.12.6. In Windows, I am able to successfully run a program that requires Administrator rights. (I have an administrator account and I acknowledge the UAC prompt). While the app is running, I go back to the Mac, right click on the program's icon, and choose "Keep in dock." But when I close the app and then click on the icon in the Mac's dock, I get a message from the app that it requires administrator rights and shuts down. I never see the UAC prompt.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks.

    That functionality is not supported.

Thanks for the answer but I'm not sure what you mean. Starting a Windows program with Administrator rights from the dock is not supported? Is it a Parallels issue or a macOS problem? Should I submit it as a Parallels feature suggestion? Thanks.
