I am not sure how to check and respond to private messages please explain how I do this I have checked my inbox and it says there are no messages.
I believe the confusion is because I have two user IDs LynnW1 and LynnW2. LynnW2 is associated with one account and LynnW1 is associated with the other account. The account I want to delete is the one associated with LynnW2.

Delete the forum account LynnW2 and the Parallels account associated with it. I have requested this in a private message toShathish@Parallels several times please respond when they are deleted.
