I am having this very same issue. I did open a support incident but as have yet not received a reply. The Ticket number is [Parallels #2457134]. I also tried following the instructions contained in Article ID: 113647, and this too did not work.

Please reset my license or whatever is needed.

I am unable to activate parallels 11 on my new computer. Can you reset my license?

Migrated one mac to another. Including Parallels data. Wont except license key now. Tried several terminal codes no joy. Can my key please be reset. Parallels 11.
