Hi, I run virtual machine (Windows 10) on parallels desktop home 13 on MacBook pro sierra. And I also used parallels client for rdp. But I connect rdp from virtual machine (windows 10) to remote windows, it is not working @ keystroke on remote windows. There are same problem when I connected rdp via parallels client. I used Turkish keyboard on MacBook pro.
Same general problem on US English Keyboard. When in Windows 10, keystrokes often lag or, in the case of a fast combination of keystrokes, simply omit some of the letters altogether. I've tried adjusting CPUs, RAM, and used Windows "Device Manager" to reinstall keyboard driver (it is defaulting to "Standard PS/2 Keyboard" in my case. Running Parallels Desktop Pro 13 on a MBP 2017 15 with 16gb RAM. VM is Windows 10. All OS and related software is updated to the most current versions. My wife is running Desktop Pro 13 on a MBP 2016 with 16gb RAM with Windows 10 and is experiencing exactly the same problem: Keystrokes in Windows are sluggish and we have to consciously be sure not to type fast or letters end up missing.
Hi, First of all, thank you for interest. I've used mac book pro that have specs 16 GB RAM, 2,8 GHz. Keyboard layout (MAC and VM both) is Turkish Keyboard PC. I've tried again (sluggish), unfortunately problem is continuous. By the way, same problem on Parallels client (I used rdp connection to windows servers).
Same problem on US QWERTY keyboard. In using Desktop 13 current version with VM in Windows 10 (also current), typing is sluggish with dropped keystrokes unless I slow down typing. I've tried a number of workarounds. Nothing has worked.
