requesting license reset

    Hello,

    I recently bought a new MacBook and forgot to sign out of Parallels on the old one. I am unable to activate my Parallels license on my new computer. Can we reset the license?

    I have two licenses and I only want to reset one of them. Can we privately discuss the details?

    P.S. I couldn't submit an official support request because the website says my support code is invalid.
