    hi All
today I've run into one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen working in IT. I recently upgraded to High Sierra and to Parallels Desktop 13
everything was running ok until this afternoon: I left a windows 10 VM running the whole morning with no issues, then I went away and when I was back the VM was frozen so was Parallel Control Panel . After some tries, I've force killed the parallels process from system monitor
I then restarted but to no avail, Parallels Spinning wheel hangs while loading. after some tests, I've seen that if I disable the wifi connectivity, Parallels can load, and I can access VM settings from control panel. the moment I enable wifi, it all stops and hangs... I don't really know what to do, I already tried reinstalling more than once.

    can anyone help?

Hi @tommasol , is it happening only when your Mac is connected to a particular network or it is happening when your mac is connected to any network?

hi @Arun@Parallels thanks for pointing this out. Indeed I just tried with using the wifi hotspot of my iPhone, and it works fine. But it still hangs with my home's wifi (which has always worked fine btw). This is even more puzzling!

Hi @tommasol , please check with your Isp if they have added any restrictions on your network and keep us posted.
