Parallels Toolbox Disappeared

    I am running Parallels 13.0.1. I have just noticed that PT is no longer visible in the menu bar.
    I opened loaded up Windows 10 and noticed Parallels tools loading. Restarted and shut down.
    Toolbox still not visible.
    It is also inactive when clicked in the application list.
    Please help support.

    Hi Sandy, if you are referring to Parallels Toolbox if you recently purchased Parallels 13. it is part of the package you may need to activate it separately with your Parallels 13 Activation code. This link should help you:http://kb.parallels.com/123925

    I have just followed the instructions and clicking the "Open" button option does nothing.
    Is there another solution.
    I have the Pro version and annual license, if that helps
    Note: the Windows version works, but looking to have the Mac version available all the time rather than having to open windows

    Hi Sandy, not the open button from Parallels logo the Preferences will open a pop up window that should say install.

    Hi kat, there is no install. All I get is an Open button.
    I have been using Parallels for two years so Toolbox already installed.
