Problems with windows-based programs after upgrade 11 to 12 / and 12 to 13

    In September 2016 I bought several licenses for the upgrade to Parallels 12.

    After I had upgraded from 11 to 12 on my Mac,
    some windows-based programs are no longer working properly.
    For example, the use of data backup options for individual programs is no longer possible; these subroutines are no longer started and executed.

    Also the start of some Windows programs is cumbersome and it takes a lot of time until they start at all.

    Therefore, only one license has been used so far from several licenses purchased.
    I thought the problem, which is shown when upgrading from 11 to 12 is with the upgrade to version 13 fixed .... After installation of the test version 13 the same problem as the upgrade from 11 to 12 still shows.

    Versions 12 and 13 have simply become useless!


    So everything back to version 11, this runs stable and without problems.

    Operating system: macOS Sierra 10.12.6 / Windows 10

    Please send us problem report and post its id here. For this reproduce the issue, make VM window active, go to Mac application menu Help -> Send Technical Data.

    Thank you for your answer.
    Meanwhile, I have returned to version 11, there are no problems. I need a stable system for daily work!
    If I occasionally find time, I will re-install version 12/13 to show the issue.
    I ask for understanding.
