My email address changed with my company and the old one has been deleted. I now realize I need to update the Parallels account to reflect the new email address. I tried to change it in my profile settings and it kept stating that my password was incorrect. It is correct because I just used it to log in. I tried changing it through another screen on my business account and it stated a confirmation email would be sent to my existing account, but I no longer have access to that email account. Please advise.
Hi! Two computers containing parallels and belonging to former employees of my company are out of order. I need to change the email of their parallels accounts and install the licenses in other two new machines. How can I do this? I don´t have access to their emails and can´t deactivate the licenses in the computers. Thanks!
I have Same problem, i use my old email for parallels but now when system want to confirm this email, i do not have access it. i want upgrade my parallels to 13 but i not have access to my old email. can you help me what i do to change my email.
