Cursor jumping about in Coherence

    Hi,

    I have a problem all the most recent builds (5060, 5120 & 5160). In coherence mode my mouse cursor behaves badly. This generally is in Autocad LT. It jumps about a bit and freezes on and off a bit. Totally unusable. It is fine up to and including build 4560.

    I have tried reinstalling Tools and this makes no difference. At the moment, my only solution is to go back to build 4560, but it would be nice to know if I can get updates to work from now on.

    No one able to help on this? Anyone else got the same issue? I am sure there are other Autocad users out there.

    Thanks Eru. I had searched for similar problems but had not found this thread. It is exactly the same problem. Hopefully it is still on the list of bugs to fix.

    Does turning off the syncing help? It might be a temporary fix to your problem.

    Turning off syncing doesn't work. It makes coherence unusable.

    Back to 4560 again!

    Yuck. That is painful.

    Open a trouble ticket, if you have not already, while you are at it. I have found Parallels to be responsive.

    Jumpy Cursor in Coherence

    I am having the exact same problem. Autocad LT 2008 works fine in Full Screen and Single Window mode, but in Coherence the program is now un-usable because of the jumpy cursor. I have used Autocad in Coherence mode since Parallels 2.0, and have never had this problem until the latest updates. I believe that it is a programming issue. How do we get someone at Parallels to look at this?

    Problem Fixed

    I received the following reply from Customer Service:

    "This problem has already been fixed and in further update for 3.0 version
    everything will be correct. Please wait for the next official build."
