Upon starting Parallels (12.2.1) I am greeted by a "....Please allow Parallels to be loaded by Security & Privacy Settings". When I go to settings to "allow" Parallels to start there is nothing to allow. Any ideas?

Hi @gruversm , please follow the below steps and let us know if that helps.
    Workaround
Make sure to mention that this is a temporary workaround and must be used only until the new macOS High Sierra update comes out.

    Disable System Integrity Protection
    1. Click the Apple logo in the upper left corner on your Mac and then select Restart.
    2. Hold down command+R to boot into the Recovery System.
    3. Click on the Utilities menu and choose Terminal.
    4. In Terminal type csrutil disable and press Return.
    5. Close the Terminal app.
    6. Click the Apple logo and choose Restart.
    7. Install and use Parallels Desktop for Mac.
    8. Once the new macOS High Sierra build is released System Integrity Protection must be enabled back. (steps below)
    Enable System Integrity Protection
    1. Click the Apple logo in the upper left corner on your Mac and then select Restart.
    2. Hold down command+R to boot into the Recovery System.
    3. Click on the Utilities menu and choose Terminal.
    4. In Terminal type csrutil enable and press Return.
    5. Close the Terminal app.
    6. Click the Apple logo and choose Restart.
