Unable to confirm old product licence and then Windows is broken

    Dear All,
    I am very frustrated with having after paid a significant sum and entered my new licence code, it does not recognise my old one.
    In addition, if I go for the 14 day free trial, my Windows does not work properly - it is not scaling to the correct screen resolution and the start button does not work.
    Much of this may be due to an install of a new hard drive, but I am not sure why as the old version (with its associated Windows) worked perfectly well.
    Any advice would be sincerely appreciated

    Hello Tony6, we have sent you a private message, please check and proceed with the activation. To resolve screen resolution issue, please reinstall Parallels tools as suggested in the article and keep us posted.
