parallels window's a little slow?

    so this is my first time using parallels and as I have windows open in parallels in coherence mode, and when I move the window it move a bit laggy? anyway to fix that other then that the program work fine just hate when I move it it lags just a tad.

    You may set View-Retina Resolution-Scaled to improve performance. A screen recording / technical data may help to understand which lagginess you're talking about.

    From what I can see, this is normal. When Coherence window is moved or resized screen updates may drop below 30FPS in order to compensate for possible artifacts caused by window frame synchronization. We are looking for ways to improve this.

    Okay I thought so I have two other questions when high Sierra come it will you guys support it as soon as it is available and also some time I have pop up come up from my job like an Instant message and today when it pop up it was no where to be found? I hate to restart the program that is something I won't be able to give a vidoe of the best way is just me explaining it? Do you know why that happen?

    That's the intention. Usually updates targeted for compatiblity with new macOS are available shortly after its public release.
    Unfortunately I'm not aware of such issues.

    Okay I will see if I am able to get a vidoe of it, I hope I don't because thay mean parallels is working good
