creating shared file help

I'm new to mac and am having trouble finding or creating a folder where 2 accounts on the same computer can share windows 10. I installed windows 10 successfully on my wife's side, now want it on my side. I installed parallels on my side but I'm hung up where it says to place the windows file (which I have located) in a folder and name it users/shared/parallels. Is that already on the computer or do I have to create it. Where do I create it, and if already there, where is it? I've been stuck for hours trying to figure this part out.
