Windows 10 Mouse and Keyboard Are Non-Responsive

    Hi. When I launch Windows 10 it appears to open perfectly, but when I try to click anywhere, the cursor disappears and I get a message to hit control-alt to refresh the cursor. But if I try to click anywhere, it just disappears again. None of the keyboard commands (i.e., ctl-alt-del) are responding either. Anyone encounter this and/or have a solution?

    Hi @WillD2,
    You may check out this article to fix the issue: Go to Hardware > Boot Order > and paste in Boot Flags box: video.hw_pointer=0 and let us know how it works.
