Upgrade Failled please help!

    I bought an upgrade key for parallels 12 pro. when i try my key it says "The product key of a previous version of parallels has been not accepted on the license server."

    Please help me !

    Maybe that key didnt work with that upgrade, did you see FAQ on site.
